wat a better way to start a new week than with a dead brain?? Zoning into wonderland, peaceful office full of desks missing their occupants, the aircon whirring, phones ringing but no one picking up.. Excuse me, may i have the permission to sleep?? :P ok ok i admit, its my fault, i slept late last nite, watching Dear Boys.. wanna noe the result of the match u see~~

arhh.. lemme list down my job scope.. somehow i dun seem to have time for everything!! err.. ok lah.. i seem to procrastinate EVERYTHING.. hee hee..

Job Scope
1) Arriving in office at 8.30 in the morning... (ha! it'll be at least 8.50 before i even step thru the security, not mentioning the long walk to G.O. n tis only refers to arriving.. my brain most prob is still tucked up in bed..)
2) Monitor Dutiable Stock levels... (routine routine)
3) Apply Duty Permits...
4) Apply Asphalt/Lube/Fuel Oil Permits.. (when requested..)
5) Apply Blanket Permit for next mth..
6) Create SAP internal licenses for the 120++ blanket permit products EVERY MTH..
7) Reconcile Duty Permits (Fortnightly..)
8) File Asphalt/DMV D/Os (Procrastinating..)
9) File Loading Receipts n B/Ls...
10) Do Customs Statement for Mogas/Diesel/Asphalt/LPG.. (mthly..)
11) Calculate working loss (mthly..)
12) Calculate remaining Duty quantity at end of the mth..
13) Extend Duty Permit at end of the mth..
14) Be a detective n solve problems when they arises (esp figure diff..)
15) Update ISO documents... (or rather.. draw the flowchart from scratch..)
16) Collate documents for SOX audits...
17) Do TradeNet billings...
18) Claim Embassy Refunds from Customs (when requested..)
19) Feed fish in the fountain everyday..
20) Water the plants.. (if they seems dry..)
21) Back-uping a few ppl if they not ard..
22) Going to Revenue House for Customs meetings..
23) Avoid dozing off in meetings..
24) KLKK n look busy when i'm procrastinating stuff...
25) Stationary Centre... (dunno y kana tis extra job..)
26) Teaching ppl how to use the freaking scanner jus bcos its near me.. (HELLO.. U BLIND??? pls read the step-by-step instructions there!!! I DUN USE dat scanner anyway...)
27) All other ad hoc rubbish dat i gotta catch...

Wat a list... there's gotta be somemore which i couldnt rem off-hand.. zzz.. *drags body to the other comp to apply blanket permits...*
